DECE11BER 13th, 1926.
Special meeting of the Board of Commissioners, December
13th, 1926, for the purpose of Iearing any complaints that may
be made by property owners as the valuation placed on certain
lots and pieces of ground on which to base the cost of construct-
ing a sewer in Country Club Heights Addition to the City of
Salina, Kansas.
TLeeting was called to order by rlayor Helvering the roll
was called and Commissioners Helvering,� Campbell and Dodds and
City Attorney Norris responded.
The appraisers report for the construction of a sevrer
in Country Club Heights Addition was taken up and read as fol -

73e, John Frederick, C. J. Peck and Alex Berg, being duly
and severally sworn according to lady, each for himself, does
hereby solemnly swear that he is an owner of real estate in the
City of Salina, Kansas, and is disinterested in any of the
property liable to special assessment for the cost of constructirg
a lateral storm sewer in County Club Heights Addition in said
City, as more particularly described and provided for in Ordinance
Number 3303 of the City of Salina; and that each of us will to
the best of our judgment and ability make a true and impartial
appraisement of all the lots and pieces of ground abutting on
such respective streets as above described without regard to the
buildings or improvements thereon, for the distance to he im-
proved as set forth and designated by the Board of Commissioners
ins aid Ordinance Number 3303. So help us God.
