SALINA, KANSAS.
NOVEMBER 15th, 1926.
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners.,
November 15th, 1926. Meeting was called to order by -i'cting
Mayor Campbell, the roll was called and Commissioners Campbell
and Dodds and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner
Helvering absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 8th,
1926 were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance
making appropriations for miscellaneous purposes.
On motion of Commissioner Dodds the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll
was called and the following vote was,had; Ayes: Campbell
and Dodds (2) Nays: (0) Commissioner Helvering absent.
Acting Mayor approved the same and is numbered 3310.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled:
"An ordinance specifying and selecting material and letting
a contract for the construction of a lateral storm sewer in
and for the purpose of draining lateral storm sewer district
No. 4 in conformity with the provisions of Ordinance Dumber
3303 of the City of Salina."
On motion of Commissioner Dodds the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll
was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Campbell
and Dodds (2) Nays: (0) Commissioner Helvering absent.
Acting Mayor approved the same and is numbered 3311.
On motion of Commissioner Dodds, Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
