COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MEETING.

COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA, KANSAS.
JULY 26th, 1926.
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, July
26th, 1926. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Helvering,
the roll was called and Commissioners Heivering, Campbell
and Dodds and City Attorney Norris responded.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 19th, 1926
and the Adjourned Meeting of July 20th, 1926 were read and
approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: An ordinance
making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
On motion of Commissioner Campbell the ordinance was
read and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the
roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes:
He lvering, Campbell and Dodds (3) Pays: (0) The Mayor
approved the same and is numbered 3272.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance
making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
On motion of Commissioner Dodds the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll
was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Helvering,
Campbell and Dodds (3) Nays: (0) The Mayor approved the
same and is numbered 3273.
Pool Hall Bonds for the last half of 1926 were received
from:

Geo. Holzmeister,
V-1. A. lith the lm
C. M. Allen
Rex Smoker
Commissioner Dodds moved that same be approved and
license issued for the last half of 1926 for the above named
pool halls.
Taxicab policy was received from E. H. Shaw, and same
was referred to the City Attorney for approval.
On motion of Commissioner Campbell, Board of Commission-
ers adjourned.
