MARCH 3rd., 1926.
Regular greeting of the Board of Commissioners, Idfarch 3rd,
1926. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Helvering, the
roll was called and Commissioners Helvering, Campbell and
Chambers and City attorney Norris responded.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of Yarch lst, 1926
were read and approved as read.
Commissioner Campbell moved that the sale of the
°13,776.29 Paving Bonds to the local banks be ratified.
Motion adopted.
An ordinance was introduced for first reading entitled:
"An ordinance providing for and levying a license tax on
certain businesses, fixing the amount of such tax, and providing
for any violation of this ordinance.
On motion of Commissioner Chambers, Board of Commission-
ers adjourned until Friday, March 5th, 1926 at 10:00 A. M.

Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, March
5th, 1926. Meeting was called to order by acting Mayor
Campbell, the roll was called and Commissioners Chambers and
Campbell and City attorney Norris responded. Commissioner --
Helvering absent.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled:
"An ordinance providing for and levying a licese tax on certain
businesses, fixing the amount of such tax, and providing for
any violation of this ordinance.
On motion of Commissioner Chambers the ordinance was
read and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the
roll was called and the followin vote was had; Ayes: Camp-
bell and Chambers (2) Nays: (Q Commissioner Helvering
absent. The 1�ayor approved the same and is numbered 3225.
On motion of Commissioner Chambers, Board of Commission-
ers adjourned.
