FEBRUARY 8th, 1926.
negular meeting of the Board of Commissioners February
8th, 1926. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Hargett,
the roll was called and Commissioners Hargett., Chambers
and Campbell and City Attorney Norris responded.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 1st,
1926 were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled:
"An ordinance amending Section 5 of Ordinance Number 3082 of
the City of Salina, Kansas and repealing said original section
5 of such Ordinance. 11
On motion of Commissioner Campbell the ordinance was
read and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the
roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Har-
gett., Chambers and Campbell (3 ) Nays: (0 ) The l''iayor ap-
proved the same and is numbered 3219.
A resolution was introduced for first reading providing
for the curbing, guttering and paving of Eleventh Street
from Elm Street to Bishop Street.
On motion of Commissioner Chambers same was referred
to the Board of Commissioners.
The following communication was received:

City Clerk,
Salina, Kansas.
This is notice that the Liability Policy of B. R.
Alldaffer is to be cancelled on February 15th, 1926.

On motion of Commissioner Campbell same was received
and ordered filed.
On motion of Commissioner Chambers Board of Commission-
ers adjourned.

On motion of Commissioner Campbell the ordinance was
read and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll

Chambers and Campbell (3) Nays: (0) The Mayor approved the
same and is numbered' 3219.
