SEPTEMBER 28th, 1925.
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, Sep-
tember 28th, 1925. Meeting was called to order by ,.payor
Hargett, the roll was called and Commas sioners Hargett,
Chambers and Campbell and City Attorney Norris responded,
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 21st,
1925; and Canvassing Board :seting of September 25th, 1925
were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled:
"An ordinance vacating a portion of Osborne Street from
the south line of Republic Avenue to the north line of Cloud
Avenue in the City of Salina, Ka.nsas.�
On motion of Commissioner Campbell the ordinance was
read and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the
roll was called and the f ollowinvote was had • Ayes:
Hargett, Chambers and Campbell 13) Nays: (Oj The 1•1ayor
approved the same and is numbered 3163.
An ordinance was introduced for first reading entitled:
"An ordinance authorizing the construction and use of a
sever in Eleventh Street between Park and Elm Streets in
the City of Salina, Kansas."
On motion of Commissioner Chambers same was referred
to the Board of Commissioners.
On motion of Commissioner Campbell, Board of Commis-
sioners adjourned.
