COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, CANVASSING BOARD

SALINA, KANSAS.
SEPT:,14Bim 25th, 1925.
BE ITEMEMBERED, that on this Friday evening, S�ptdmber
25th, 1925, the Board of Commissioners met as a Board of Can-
vassers (ex -officio) as provided by law to canvass the vote
cast at the Special Election held in Salina, Kansas, September
22nd, 1925.
Meeting was called to order by acting i,ayor Campbell
the roll was called and Commissioners Campbell and Chambers
and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner Hargett ab-
sent.
The returns of the City `'lection were presented by the
LLity Clerk and opened by the Acting Llayor in the presence of
the Commissioners assembled, duly canvassed and the result
declared, and the City Clerk was directed by vote of the Board
to spread upon the Journal the result of the canvass which is
done as follows

The City Clerk made record as to the result of the canvass
that the proposition carried by the following vote:
For the proposition 1742
Against proposition 356
On motion of Commissioner Chambers the report and findings
of the Canvassing Board were received and ordered spread upon
the records.
On motion of Commissioner Chambers, Canvassing Board ad-
journed.
