Adjourned I,Ieeting of the Board of Coma,.ssioners, i1pril
10t1h, 1925. 1,'eeting was called to order by '.:mayor Hargett, the
roll was called and Commissioner: Hargett, Dyar and Chambers and
City Attorney Norris responded.
Contractors, Bond from Alfred Lindgren, with reference to
Bathing Pavilion in Oakdale Park .,ras presented, and on motion
of Commissioner Chambers same was approved by the Board of Com-
missioners.
An ordinance was introduced for first reading entitled:
An ordinance relating to the apportioning and levying special
assessments on certain lots and pieces of ground in the City of
Salina, Kansas to pay the cost of re -curbing guttering; and re-
paving Fifth Street in the City of Salina, Iansas from the
north line of %alnut Street to the south line of Asx: Street in
said City, and relating to and providing for the collection and
payment of such assess --cats."
On motion of Cljonm, issioner D -,gar sate mns referred to the
Board of Commissioners.
petition was received asking for the location of a whole-
sale oil station on North I�Iinth. Street, directly north of Union
Facific railroad "Tracks. Same .,was referred to the City Planning
Commission.
A petition was received asking for the location of a curb
pamnp at the Center ':)treet Grocery. Same was rF.fez=red to the
City Planning Commission,
Cormtissioner Dyar moved that the necessary lights be placed
in Tourist Camp in Kenvtood Pa rk..otio:a adopted.
On motion of Co missioner Cha;rbers, Board. of Co?rlintissiom rs
adjourned.
