On motion of Cornissioner Dyar same was referred to the
City .:i<anager.
An agreement was presented bet,ieen the City of Salina
and the i.unicipal- Golf Links, and on motion of Commissioner

of the City of Salina.
A petition was presented asking for the construction of a
sidewalk on the west side of I+inth Street frons I"lilson to ile-
public. Same was referred to the City 2.1anager.
pplication for talo license, also taxi bond was received
from Daniel Carey, 'l. B. TrRcl;iickle and Frank A. :,:filler.
On motion of Commissioner Dyar sa~"e -,-,ere accepted by the
Board of Commissioners.
A contract was presented between the City of Salina and
Alfred Lingdren in reference to barthino. pavilion in Oakdale
I'ark, and on motion -same was adopted by the Board of Cor;rnis-
siOners.
Commissioner Dyar -,moved that contract for plumbing to be
installed in bathing pavilion in OairJale be awarded to
Rigilt,�ray Plumbing Company for the sum of ,951.90. i•iotion
