I1egular a'-=eeting of the Board of Commissioners,
December 22nd, 1924. Peeting was called to order
by !,ayor Hargett, the roll was called and Commis-
sioners Hargett, Dyar and Chambers and cting City
xittorney Buzick responded. City --attorney Norris
absent.
The minutes of the Regular eeting of -Decem-
ber 15th, 1924 were read and approved as read.
An ordinance ,,,,,as introduced for second reading
entitled: "."in ordinance repea�ing certain ordinances
of the City of Salina, Kansas.
On motion of Commissioner Dyar the ordinance
was read and adopted by sections and on its final adop-
tion the roll was called and the following vote yeas
had; 21yes: Hargett, Dyar and Chambers. (3 'Na y s
(0) The 'Mayor approved the same and is numbered
3054.
yn ordinance was introduced for first reading
entitled: "An ordinance defining the duties of
certain officers of the City of alina, jansas, and
repealing Sections 5 and 11 of Ordinance TTumber 280,
approved June 24th, 1879 and Section�i4 of Ordinance
Dumber 769, approved I'vlay 25th, 1891.
On motion of Commissioner Dyar same was ref erred
to the Board of Commissioners.
On motion of Commissioner Chambers, Board of
Commissioners adjourned.
