COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MEETING.
COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA, KANSAS,
APRIL 4, 1930.
Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, April
40 1930. Meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Dodds,
the roll was called and Commissioners Dodds and Stevenson and
City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner Helvering absent.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled:
"An ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3482 as
amended by Ordinance No. 3491, as amended by Ordinance No. 3638,
relating to the location of gasoline filling stations on cer-
tain streets in the City of Salina, and repealing said origin-
al sections."
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the ordinance was
read and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the
roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Dbdds
and Stevenson (2) Nays: (0) Commissioner Helvering absent.
Acting Mayor approved the same and is numbered 3865.
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the Board of Com-
missioner Stevenson the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
