MARCH 120 1930
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, March
12, 1930. Meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Dodds,
the roll was called and Commissioners Dodds and Stevenson
and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner Helvering
absent.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled:
"An ordinance providing for the issuance of Improvement Bonds
of the City of Salina, Kansas, in the sum of t�34,387.75 to pay
the cost of repairing and reconstructing a certain part of a
certain sewer in the City of Salina."
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the ordinance was
read and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll
was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Dodds and
Stevenson (2) Nays: (0) Commissioner Helvering absent. Acting
Mayor approved the same and is numbered 3844.
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the Board of Commis-
sioners adjourned.
