COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MEETING

Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, February
130 1930. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Helvering, the
roll was called and Commissioners Helvering, Dodds and Stevenson
and City Attorney Norris responded.

Bids as advertised for, for grading runways and constructing
concrete storm sewer at Municipal Airport were received from:
H.J.Taylor Construction Company, Salina, Kansas,
Campbell & Lachemain, Miltonvale, Kansas,
L. W. Rexroad, Salina, Kansas.
City Engineer's estimate for the above named work was
read.
Commissioner Dodds moved that contract be awarded to
L.W. Rexroad in accordance with his proposal, and that the
j Mayor be authorized to sign a contract therefor on behalf of the j
City, and that the certified checks be returned by the City Clerk
to the unsuccessful bidders. Motion carried.
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the Board of Commission-
ers adjourned.
