COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MEETING
Regular meeting of.the Board of Commissioners, December 2nd,
1929. Meeting was called to order by Acting mayor Dodds, the roll i
was called and Commissioners Dodds and Stevenson and City Attorney
Norris responded. Commissioner Helvering absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 25th, 1929,
were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making
appropriations for miscellaneous purposes."
On motion of Cormissioner Stevenson the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called
and the following vote was had; Ayes: Dodds and Stevenson (2)
Nays: (0) Commissioner Helvering absent. Acting Mayor approved the
same and is numbered 3813.

An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making

On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections .and on its final adoption the roll was called

City Engineer submitted Estimate No. 6, to H. J. Taylor Con-
struction Company, for the construction of Storm Sewers numbered 9
and 10, under contract awarded March 25, 1929, and on motion of Com-
missioner Stevenson same was approved by the Board of Commissioners.

an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim."
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its final aab ption the roll was called
and the following vote was had; Ayes: Dodds and Stevenson (2)
Nays: (0) Commissioner Helvering absent. Acting Mayor approved
the same and is numbered 3815.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making an
appropriation for the payment of a certain claim."

and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was
called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Dodds and Stevenson
(2) Nays: (0) Commissioner Helvering absent. Acting Mayor approved
the same and is numbered 3816.
City Engineer submitted plans and specifications and estimate
of cost for the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers No. 153 and
No. 157, as provided by Ordinance No. 3812.
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson same were approved and
ordered: filed by the Board of Commissioners.
A petition was presented asking for the installation of a
street light at the corner of Fourth Street and Pacific Street.
Same was ordered filed.
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
