COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MEETING
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, November
4th, 1929. Meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Dodds,
the roll was called and Commissioner Dodds and Otevenson and
City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner Helvering absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 28th, 1929
were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance mak-
ing appropriations for miscellaneous purposes."
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the ordinance was read t
and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was
called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Stevenson and
Dodds (2) Nays: (0) Commissioner Helvering absent. Acting
Mayor approved the same and is numbered 3805.

An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance mak;-
ing an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim."
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its final a doption the roll was
called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Dodds and Jteven-
son (2) Nays: (0) Commissioner Helvering absent. Acting
-mayor approved the same and is numbered 3806.
City Engineer submitted Estimate No. 5 for H. J. Taylor
Construction Company for â–ºstorm Sewers numbered 9 and 10, under
contract dated March 25th, 1929., and on motion of Commissioner
Stevenson same was approved by the .Board of Commissioners.

ing an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim."
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the ordinance was rea d
and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was
called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Dodds and Steven-
son (2) Nays: (0) Commissioner Helvering absent. Acting May-
or approved the same and is numbered 3807.
On motion of Commissioner Stevenson the Board of Commis-
sioners adjourned until Tuesday, November 5, 1929 at 4:00 P.M.
