COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MEETING.
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, 0eptember
27th, 1929. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Helvering,
the roll was called and Commissioners Helvering, Dodds and
Stevenson and City Attorney Norris responded.
The minutes of the negular Meeting of aeptember 26th,
1929 were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled:
"An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3778 passed beptember 3rd,
1929, authorizing and providing for the issuance of Improvement
Bonds of the City of Salina, Kansas, in the sum of $89,479.15
to pag the cost of improving certain streets and alleys in said
City.'
On motion of Commissioner Dodds the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called:
and the following vote was had; Ayes: Helvering, Dodds and
Stevenson (3) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the same and is num-
bered 3786.
On motion of Commissioner 6tevenson the Board of Commis-
sioners adjourned.
