A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
ARANTEE AGREEMENT WITH FRANK CHARLES NORTON, SR. FOR FUTURE
INTENANCE OF THE IMPROVEMENTS IN HIGHLAND MEADOWS HAMLET
DITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
sas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a
arantee Agreement with Frank Charles Norton, Sr. for future maintenance of
the public water system and public sanitary sewer system improvements in
Highland Meadows Hamlet Addition subject to the terms and conditions of the
Guarantee Agreement.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 12th day of August, 1996.
