Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, October
22nd, 1928. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Helvering the
(I roll was called and Commissioners Helvering and Dodds and C?ty
Attorney Norris responded. Gommissioner Campbell absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 15th, 1928
were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance mak-
ing appropriations for miscellaneous purposes."
� Onm otion of Commissioner Dodds the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was
called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Helvering and
Dodds (2) Nays: (0) Conunissioner Campbell absent. The Mayor
I approved the same and is numbered 3610.

On motion of Commissioner Dodds the ordinance was read and
I adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called
and the following vote was had; Ayes: Helvering and Dodds (2)
Nays: (0) Commissioner Campbell absent. Mayor approved the
! same and is numbered 3611.
On motion of Co mmissioner Dodds, the Board of Commission-
ers adjourned.
