RESOLUTION NUMBER 96-5068
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH WILSON & COMPANY ENGINEERS OF SALINA FOR THE
STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO MAGNOLIA ROAD FROM SOUTH
NINTH STREET TO BELMONT BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
I Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement
with Wilson
and Company Engineers
of Salina for the
street and
drainage
improvements
to Magnolia Road from
South Ninth Street
to Belmont
Boulevard subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 23rd day of September, 1996.
