Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners May 14, 1943. Meeting was
called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners Morgen-
stern, Elliott and Moore and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioners Breon
f and Price absent.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making appropriation
a ro riation
for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Moore the ordinance was read and adopted by seo-
tions and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had:
Ayes: Morgenstern, Elliott and Moore (3) Nays: (0) Co amtissioners Breon and
Price absent. Mayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered A-199.

Commissioner Elliott moved that J. H. Coffman, d/b/a Jackts Well at Number
1421 North Santa Fe Avenue, holder of Cereal Melt Beverage:License Number 7740, be
given five days notice of the revocation of such license, on account of the drunken-
ness of such licensee in his place of business, and permitting an intoxicated person
to main in his place of business, and that the City Clerk be directed to have such
notice served ons aid J. H. Coffman.
On motion of Commissioner Moore the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
