COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MEETING.
COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA, KANSAS.
JANUARY 15, 1943.
Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners January 15, 1943. Meeting
was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners
Morgenstern, Breon and Price and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner
Fern, abdent and Commissioner Branson deceased.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making appropriation
for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Price the ordinance was read and adopted by
sections and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was
had; Ayes: Morgenstern, Breen and Price (3) Nays: (0) Commissioner Ferm
absent and Commissioner Branson deceased. Mayor approved the ordinance and it is
numbered A-184.
► Application for taxicab drivers license for the year 1943 received as
follows:

Commissioner Breon moved that application be approved and license
r granted. Motion adopted.
