Meeting was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners f Morgenstern, Branson, Breon and Price and City Attorney Norris responded. Com- missioner Ferm absent. Motion adopted. { An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled: "An ordinance relating to and regulating and providing for the levy and collection of a license tax upon the business, trade or occupation of owning or operating or maintaining pin ball games and other devices, and providing a penalty for the violation of this ordinance." On motion of Commissioner Price the ordinance was read and adopted by sec- tions and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Morgenstern, Franson, Breon and Price (4) Nays: (0) Commissioner Form absent. Mayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered 5027. On motion of Commissioner Branson the Board of Commissioners adjourned to meet in regular session, Friday, January 15, 1943 at 11:45 A. M.
