A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE BOARD OF REGENTS, KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY
AND THE SALINA AIRPORT AUTHORITY TO TERMINATE THE INTERLOCAL
COOPERATION AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF CITY
OF SALINA SPECIAL SALES TAX PROCEEDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY - SALINA,
COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with the Board of Regents, Kansas State University and the Salina
Airport Authority to terminate the interlocal cooperation agreement relating to
the administration of City of Salina special sales tax proceeds for the
construction of capital improvements to the Kansas State University - Salina,
College of Technology subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 2nd day of December, 1996.
