Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners December 1, 1941.
Meetin was called to order by Vayor Morgenstern, the roll was called o.nd
Commissioners Morgenstern, Branson, Breon and Price and Acting City Attorney
Jenkins responded. Commissioner Farm and City Attorney Norris absent.

The minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 26, 1941 were read and _
approved as read.
I` An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making appropria-
tion for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Branson the ordinance was read and adopted by
sections and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote
was had; Ayes: Morgenstern, Branson, Breon and Price (4) Nays: (0) Commis-

sioner Ferm absent. Mayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered A-138.
Moved by Commissioner Branson that bids for Pump House be received
December 15, 1941 at 4:30 P. M. Motion adopted.
Application for Pool Hall License for the last half of 1941 received
as follam s:
John S. Gordon.
Commissioner Breon moved that application be approved and license
granted. Motion adopted.
