Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners November 10, 1941.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Conte
missioners Morgenstern, Branson, Breon and City Attorney Norris responded.
Commissioners Ferm and Price absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 3, 1941 were read and ap-
proved as read.
Application for taxicab drivers license for the year 1941 received as
follows:
F Lloyd Neal
Commissioner Breon moved that application be approved and license granted.
Motion adopted.
Application was received from F. E. French of the DeLuxe Cab Company
asking for the transfer of Taxicab License Number 7 from 1939 Plymouth Sedan,
Serial Number 10869717, Motor Number P8400019 to 1940 Plymouth Sedan, Serial
i Number 10931523, Motor Number P 10-90152. Commissioner Branson moved that appli-
cation be approved by the Board of Commissioners. Motion adopted.
Contract between the City of Salina, Kansas and D. N. Turner, for the
auditing of the City's records from January 1, 1941 to December 31, 1941 was
presented and read. Commissioner Breon moved that contract be approved and
that the Mayor be authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City of Salina.
Motion adopted,

On motion of Commissioner Breon the Board of Commissioners adjourned to
meet in Regular session, Saturday, November 15th at twelve o'clock noon.
