On motion of Commissioner Ferm the ordinance was read and adopted by sec-
tions and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was
had; Ayes: )Morgenstern, Ferm and Price (3) hays: (0) Commissioners
Branson and Breon absent. "Tayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered
