Regular 5.7eeting of the Board of Commissioners October 15, 1941. ?Meeting
was called to order by Yayor v''oroenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners
Morgenstern, Branson and Price and City Attorney Morris responded. Commission-
ers Breon and Ferm absent.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making appropriation
for the payment of certain claims."

On motion of Commissioner Branson the ordinance was read and adopted by
sections and on its final adoption t_fte roll was called and the following vote
was had; Ayes: Morgenstern, Branson, Breon and Price (4) Nays: (0)
Commissioner Ferm absent. Y"ayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered
A-133.
On motion of Commissioner Price the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
