Regular Feeting of the Board of Commissioners October 6, 1941. f0eeting
was called to order by T?ayor Yorgenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners
Morgenstern, Branson, Breon, Ferm and Price and City Attorney Norris responded.
The ninutes of the Regular Meeting of September 29, 1941 and Regular
Meeting of October 1, 1941 were read and approved as read.
Applications for taxicab drivers license for the year 1941 received as
follows:
W. R. Cables
Harold Hardesty
Francis Newton Fisher
Commissioner Breon moved that applications be approved and license
granted. Motion adopted.
Application for taxicab license for the year 1941 received as follows:

Commissioner Farm moved that application be approved and license granted.
Motion adopted.
Endorsement was received from Casualty Reciprocal Exchange, Kansas City
Missouri, notifying the City of Salina of the cancellation of insurance on
Cab Num�)er 30 owned by Elmer Kihn, for a 1941 Ford Sedan, Motor Number 6279744,
dated September 26, 1941 and received by City Clerk October 1, 1941.
Commissioner Branson moved that same be filed and that license of Elmer Kihn for
Taxicab Number 30 be cancelled and revoked. Motion carried.
On motion of Commissioner Price the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
