Regular Veeting of the Roard of Commissioners October 1, 1941. r;eeting
was called to order by TAayor "org;enstern, the roll was called and Commission-
ers Morp;enstern, Branson and Price and City Attorney Norris responded. Com-
missioners Breon and Ferm absent.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making appropriation
for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Branson the ordinance was read and adopted
by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following
vote was had; Ayes: (Morgenstern, Branson and Price (3) Nays: (0) Commis-
sioners Breon and Ferm absent. Mayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered
A-130.
On motion of Commissioner Branson the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
