COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MEETING.

Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners September 8, 1941. Meeting
was called to order by 74ayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners
Morgenstern, Branson, Breon and Price and City Attorney Norris responded. Com-
missioner Perm absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 2, 1941 were read and ap-
proved as read.
Application for taxicab drivers license for the year 1941 was received as
follows:

Commissioner Breon moved that application be approved and license granted.
Motion adopted.
Application for Cereal Malt Beverage License for the year 1941 received
as follows:

Commissioner Price moved that application be approved and license granted.
Motion adopted.
Albert E. Taylor, d/b/a Taylor Grocery, asked for the transfer of his
Beer License from 813 North Santa Fe Avenue to 808 North Santa Fe Avenue. Com-
missioner Price moved that permission be granted. Motion adopted.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled: "An Ordinance
limiting the time of parking of vehicles on Eighth Street between Iron Avenue and
Ash Street."
On motion of Commissioner- Bransom the ordinance was read and adopted by
sections and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was
had; Ayes: Morgenstern, Branson, Breon and Price (4) Nays: (0) Commissioner
Perm absent. Mayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered 5004.
On motion of Commissioner Price the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
