Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners September 2, 1941. Meeting
was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners
Morgenstern, Branson and Price and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioners
Breon and Ferm absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 25, 1941 and Regular Meeting
of August 30, 1941, were read and approved as read.
Application for taxicab drivers license for the year 1941 received as fol-
lows:

Commissioner Branson moved that application be approved and license granted.
Motion adopted.
Application for Cereal Malt Beverage License for the year 1941 received as
follows:

Commissioner Branson moved that application be approved and license granted.
Motion adopted.
Commissioner Branson moved that permission be granted to H. B. Peatling to
move street car lunch room now located on Lot 7, Block 5, Pacific Addition to the
north side of U. S. 40, By -Pass, Lot 3, Block 4, Pacific Addition,for storage and j
only for a limit of three months. Motion adopted.

An ordinance was introduced for first reading entitled: "An ordinance
limiting the time of parking of vehicles on Eighth Street between Iron Avenue
and Ash Street." Referred to ,he Board of Commissioners.
On motion of Commissioner Price the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
