JULY 14, 1941.
Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners July 14, 1941. Meeting was
called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners Mor-
genstern, Branson, Breon, Ferm and Price and City Attorney Norris responded.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 7, 1941, were read and approved as
read.
Applications for taxicab drivers license for the year 1941 received as
follows:
Ora F. Tweedy
John Stilwell
Wm. 0. Bush
Commissioner Branson moved that applications be approved and license granted.
Motion adopted.
Applications for Pool Hall License for the last half of 1941 received as
follows:
M. E. Ruhl
C. C. Chadwick
Commissioner Ferm moved that applications be approved and license granted.
Motion adopted.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making appropriation
for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Breon the ordinance was read and adopted by sec-
tions and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was
had; Ayes: Morgenstern, Branson, Breon, Ferm and Price (5) Nays: (0) Mayor
approved the ordinance and it is numbered A-122.
On motion of Commissioner Breon the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
