was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners
Morgenstern, Branson, Breon, Ferm and Price and City Attorney Norris responded.

granted. Motion adopted.

Sellens of the Elm Street Grocery asked permission, to build an
addition on building located on the corner of Elm Street and Oakdale Avenue, part
of the building being on City property. Commissioner Breon moved that the matter

be referred to the City Attorney. Motion adopted.
