Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners April 24, 1941. Meeting
was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Commission-
ers Morgenstern, Branson, Farm and Price and City Attorney Norris responded.
City Engineer submitted plans and specifications and estimate of
I cost for the curbing and guttering of:
! Montrose Street from the south line of Charles Street to he north line
of Crawford Avenue;
Second Street from the north line of Ash street to the south line of

I Elm street;
j Republic Avenue from the east line of Sheridan Street (on the north
4 side of Republic) and from the east line of Funston Street, an extension of
Sheridan street � , (on the south side of Republic) to the west line of Sherman
Street (on the north side of Republic) and to the east line of Pershing, an
extension of Sherman Street (on the south side of Republic).
Venango Street from the west line of Sherman Street tot he east line
of Custer STreet.
Wilson Street from the east line of Sherman Street to the west line
of Eleventh treet;
Republic Avenue from the west line of Tenth Street to the east line of
Eleventh StraWE on the north side of Republic Avenue).

and for the paving of:
Alley lying between Santa Fe Avenue and Seventh Street from the south
line of Ash z1treet to t he north line of Iron Avenue.
Commissioner Ferm moved that plans and specifications and estimate of cost
for the above mentioned improvements be approved by the Board of Commissioners
and that the City Clerk be instructed to advertise for bids to be received Monday,

On motion of Commissioner Price the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
