APRIL 4, 1941.
BE IT R7%-310 QED, that on Friday, April 4, 1941, the Board of Commissioners
net as a Board of Canvassers, (ex -officio) as provided by law, to canvass the
vote cast at the Regular City Election held in Selina, iansas, pril 1, 1941.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor T,lorgenstern, the roll was called and
Commissioners T.Iorgenstern, Branson, Fenn and Price and City Attorney Norris re-
sponded. Commissioner Breon absent.
The returns of the City Election were presented by the City Clerk and opened
in the presence of the Commissioners assembled, duly canvassed and the result
declared, and the City Clerk was directed by vote of the Board to spread upon the
records the result of the canvass which is done as follows:
