provided by law, to
canvass the vote

Primary 'Election
held in Salina,

roll was
called and
Commissioners Morgenstern,
Branson, Breon and.
City Attorney Norris
responded.
Commissioners
Fenn and
Price absent.
The
returns of
the City Election were
presented by the City
Clerk and opened
in the presence
of the
Commission- assembled,
duly canvassed and
the result
de-
clared,a.nd
the City Clerk
was directed by vote of the Board to spread
upon the
records the
result of the
canvass which is done as follows:

On motion of Commissioner Branson the report and findings of the Canvassing
Board were received and ordered spread upon the records and the persons above
named be declared nominated to the respective offices above set forth. Motion
adopted.
The following communication was presented:

Dear Sir:
In entering my name on the ballot for the
election next Tuesday, April 1st, please have it
printed as follows: "F. D. (Fred) Kastner. "
Thanking you for your attention to this
matter, I am,

On motion, the City Clerk was authorized and instructed to comply with
the above request.
On motion of Commissioner Branson the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
