Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners March 15, 1941. Meeting

was called to order by Acting Mayor Ferm, the roll was called and Commissioners
Ferm, Branson and Breon and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioners
Morgenstern and Price absent.

An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making appropria-
tion for the payment of certain claims."
jOn motion of Commissioner Branson the ordinance was read and adopted by
sections and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote
i was had; Ayes: Ferm, Branson and Breon (3) Nays: (0) Commissioners Morgen-
stern, and Price absent. Acting Mayor approved the ordinance and it is num-
bered A-105.

! On motion of Commissioner Breon the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
