Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners February 24, 1941. Meeting was
called to order by Mayor Iviorgenstern, the roll was called and Commissiom rs Morgen-
stern, Branson, Ferm and Price and City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner
Breon absent.
Meeting was held for the purpose of acting of the appraisers reports for the
construction of the following lateral sanitary sewers:
Lateral Sanitary Sewer No. 187 located in the alley running north and south
between Fourth and Fifth treets from Pacific Avenue to Forrest Avenue;
Lateral Sanitary Sewer No. 187-A located in the alley running north and south
between Fourth Street and Fifth Street from manhole in Forrest 1'renue to a manhole
250 feet south of the south line of Forrest "venue;
a
Lateral Sanitary Sewer No. 188 located in alley running north and south be-
tween Third and Fourth Streets from Pacific Avenue to Forrest Avenue; and
i
Lateral Sanitary Sewer No. 189 located in the alley running north and south
between Second and Third Streets from Pacific Avenue to Forrest "venue.
The appraisers report for the construction of Lateral. Sanitary Sewer Number

sworn according to law, each for himself, does hereby solemnly swear that he is dis-
interested in any of the property liable to special assessment for the cost of con-
structing Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 187 located in alley running north and south
between Fourth Street and Fifth Street from Pacific Avenue to Forrest Asnenue , in the
City of Salina, Kansas, as more particularly described and provided for in Ordinance
Number 4969 of the City of Salina, Kansas, and that each of us will to the best of
our judgment and ability make a true and impartial appraisement of all the lots and
pieces of Around abutting on such street as above mentioned, without regard to the
buildings or improvements thereon, for the distance improved as set forth and desig-
