Regular meeting of the Board of Commis si oners November 15, 1940.
Meeting was called to order by T.4ayor Horgenstern, the roll was called and
Commissioners Morgenstern, Breon, Ferm and City Attorney Norris responded.
Commissioners Branson and Price absent.
An ordin.cnce was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making appropri-
ation for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Ferm the ordinance was read and adopted
by sections and on its finaladoption the roll was called and the following
vote was had; Ayes: P:Torgenstern, Breon and. Ferm (3) Nays: (0) Commis-
sioners Branson and Price absent. Mayor approved the ordinance and it is
numbered A-90.
On motion of Commissioner Ferm the Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
