Regi -:lar Meeting of the Board of Commissioners November 12, 1940. Meeting
was called to order big I-layor '_�_orgenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners
Morgenstern, Branson,VBreon, Ferm and Price and City Attorney Norris responded.
The minutes of the Regular T:leeting of November 4, 1940 were read and ap-
proved as read.
Application for taxicab drivers license for the year 1940 received from:
Luther 0. Alliott
Commissioner Breon mored that application he approlred and license granted.
Motion adopted.
Application was received from F. E. r'rench of the Deluxe Cab Company,
asking for the transfer of Taxicab License Number 10 from Chevrolet Sedan, Serial
No. 5BB 11-609, Tdotor No. 1350516 to Plymouth SedFn, 1:4odel 1939, Serial Number
10854708, Motor No. P8-378452. Commissioner Ferm moved that: permission be granted.
Motion adopted.
A petition was presented from the Salina Country Club Development Company,
asking for the adoption of an ordinance amending Ordinance Ninnber 3188 and relat-
ing to and creating a new use district to be known as the "AY." Residence Di --strict
in the City of Salina:

City of Salina, Kansas.

for the adoption of the attached ordinance amend-
ing Ordinance No. 3188 and relating to and cri>ating
