Regular Meeting of the Board of Commission rs August 31, 1940.
Meeting wascelled to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Com-
missionrs Morgenstern, Branson and Ferm and City Attorney Norris responded.
Commissioners Breon and Price absent.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance amking appropriation
for the paymen of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Branson the ordinance was read and adopted by
sections and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was
had; Ayes: Morgenstern, Branson and Ferm (3) Nays: (0) Commissioners
Breon and Price absent. Mayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered A-84.
On motion of Commissioner Ferm the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
