Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners i,iarch 15,
1940. P;_eeting was c celled to order by i;ayor 1�'orgenstern, the roll
was called and Commissioners h,iorgenstern, Perin and Price and City
Attorney Norris responded. Corumissioners Branson and Breon absent.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making
appropriation for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Perm the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called
and the following vote was had; Ayes: Morgenstern, Perm and
Price (3) Nays: (0) Commissioners Branson and Breon absent.
Layor approved the ordinance and it is numbered A-65.
On motion of Commissioner Price the Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
