Regular meeting of the Board of Comraissiom rs Idarch 4, 1940.
Meeting was called to order by mayor ljorgeristern, the roll was called
and Commission rs iaorgenstern, Breon, Perm and Price and City Attor-
ney Norris responded. Commissioner Branson absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meetig of February 26, 1940 and
Regular,ieetinr^; of March 1, 1940 were read and approved as read.
A communication was received from the Humane Association of
the City of Salina, Kansas. Ordered filed.
City Engineer submitted plans and specifications and estimate
of cost for the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers numbered 184
185 and 186 of the City of Salira , Kansas. On motion of Commission-
er Ferri same were approved by the Board of Commissioners and the City
Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for such improvements to be
received up to and. including, Monday, i.iarch 18, 1940 at 4:30 P. M.
