MARCH 1, 1940.
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners March 1, 1940. Meeting
was called to order by Acting Mayor Ferm, the roll was called and Commissioners
Ferm, Branson and Price responded. Commissioners Morgenstern and Breon and
City Attorney Norris absent.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making appropriation
for the payment of certain claim's."
On motion of Commissioner Price the ordinanc a was read and adopted by
sections and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following
vote was had; Ayes: Ferm, Branson and Price (3) Nays: (0) Commissioners
Morgenstern and Breon absent. Acting Mayor approved the ordinanc a and it is
numbered A-64.

On motion of Commissioner Price the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
