Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners February 12,
1940 Meeting, was called to order by Acting Mayor Perm, the roll
was called and Commissioners Branson, Breon, Perm and Price and City
Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner Ylorgenstern absent.
The minutes of the Regular Pleeting of February 5, 1940 were
read and approved as read.
A petition was presented asking for the curbing and guttering
of Tenlawns Place from Brown Street to Frost Street. Referred to
the City Engineer.
A petition was presented asking for the construction of a
sanitary sewer on Phillips Street from Ajorrison Avenue to alley north
of rrescott Avenue. Referred to the City Engineer.
A petition was presented asking for the construction of a
sanitary sewer on Washington Avenue from Twelfth Street to Phillips
Street. Referred to the City Engineer.
Notice of cancellation of insurance on Taxicab Number 2,
owned by T. E. French, described as follows: Plymouth 1939, Motor
Plumber PB -63106, 'erial No. 10659587 was received from Casualty
Reciprocal Exchange of h-a.nsas City, Triissouri. City Clerk was in-
structed to notify rrlr. Trench of cancellation.
On motion of Commissioner Breon the Board of Commissioners ad-
journed to meet Friday, February 16, 1940 at 5:00 P. M.
