Special Fleeting of the Board of Commissioners December 26, 1939.
14eeting was called to order by T;llayor Morgenstern, the roll was called
and Commi-ssirn_ers Tlorgenstern, Branson, T?reon, Ferri and Price and
City Attorney Yorris res ponded.
Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on the appraisers
reports for the curbing and 7uttering of the follcwing streets:
Beloit Avenue from the east line of Fourth Street to the center
line o Os Borne Street;
Charles Street from the west line of Eleventh Street to the
e2st line of Twe th Street;
Eighth Street from the south line of Pacific to the center
line of Vloodlan-T—Avenue;
Ellsworth Avenue from the west line of Pershing Street to the
easti� ne of Funston Street ( excepting the part that is now curbed
and muttered);
Frost Street from the west line of Tenth Street to the east
line o- E event Street;
Hancock Street from the south line of Illinois Street to the
south ine o Crawford Avenue;
Jewell Avenue from the east line of Funston Street on the north
side of ewe , and from the west line of Pershing Street to the
west line of Lot 4, Parkview Addition on the south side of Jewell
Avenue;
Johnstown Avenue from the west 1-1-ne of Colizmbia Avenue to the
east line oT777RTe Avenue;
Kirwin Street from the west line of Ninth Street to the west
line of Pers _ing avenue;
Seventh Street from the center line of Harsh Avenue to the
center Zine of Hamilton Avenue; and
Twelfth Street from the south line of Prescott Alrenue to the
north line of Crawford Avenue.
