RESOLUTION NUMBER 04-6100
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH HOFF'S MACHINE & WELDING CORP., INC. FOR THE PRIVATE
SANITARY SEWER LINE IN THE NORTH STREET PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT
TO 925 E. NORTH STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a license agreement with
Hoff's Machine & Welding Corp., Inc. for the private sanitary sewer line in the North Street public
right-of-way adjacent to 925 E. North Street, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
