COT-RAISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS SPECIAL MEETING
COMMISSIONERS ROOM
SAL INA, KANSAS
June 17, 1946.
Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners June 17, 1946. Meeting was
called to order by Mayor Price, the roll was called and Commissioners Price,
Noyce and Simpson and City Attorney Clark responded. Commissioner Breon abon-at.
Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on the following appraisers
r:ports :
For the pavin;, of the alley lying between Santa Fe Avenue and Seventh Street
from Ash' street to Mm, StrecA- and _ , .
For the Consturetion of Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 208, north of Ellsworth
Avenue from Santa fe to Highland Avenue.
The appraisers report for the paving of the alley lying between santa fe Ave.
and Seventh Street from Ash Street to Elm Street was taken up and read as
follows:

We, J. Earl Wyatt, John Frederick, and Wm. F. Grosser, Jr., being duly and
severaly sworn according to law, each for himself, does hereby solemnly wtear that
he-isdisinterested in any of the property liable of special assessment for the
cost pf paving the alley lying betwe n Santa Fe Avenue and Seventh Street from
Ash Stree t to Elm Street, as more particularly described and provided for in
Ordinance Number 5065 of the City of Salina, Kansas, and that each of us will to
the best of our judgment and ability make a true and impartial appraisement of
all the lots and peces of ground abutting on such alley as above mentioned, without
regard to the buildings or improvements thereon, for the distance improved as set
forth dad designated by the Board of Commissioners in the ordinance above mention-
ed. So help us God.
