COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, SPECIAL MEETING
COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA, KANSAS.
MAY 13, 1946
Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners May 13, 1946. Meeting
was called to order by Mayor Moore, the roll was called and Commissioners Moore,
Noyce, Price and Simpson and City Attorney Clark responded., Commissioner Breon
absent.
Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on appraisers report for the
construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 207 in Johnstown Avenue from Kansas
Avenue to Ohio Avenue.
The appraisers report for the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewer
Number 207 in Johnstown Avenue from Kansas Avenue to Ohio Avenue was taken up
and read as follows:

We, J. Earl Wyatt, John Frederick and Wm. F. Grosser, Jr., being duly
and severally sworn according to law, each for himself, does hereby solemnly swear
that he is disinterested in any of -the property liable to special assessment for
the cost of constructing Lateral Sanitary Sevier Number 207as more particularly
described and provided for in Ordinance Number 5116 of the City of Salina, Kansas,
and that each of us will to the best of our judgment and ability make a true and
impartial apprasisement of all the lots and pieces of ground abutting on such
alley as above mentioned, without regard tot he buildings or improvements thereon,,
for the distance improved as set forth and designated by the Board of Commissioners
in the ordinance above meat ions d. So help us God.

Commissioner Simpson moved that appraisers report for the oonstruotion

Ohio Avenue be adopted as read. Motion adopted.
On motion of Commissioner Simpson the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
