Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners March 4, 1946. Meeting
was called to order by Acting Mayor Price the roll was called and Commissioners
Price, Breon and Noyce and City Attorney Clark responded. Commissioners Moore
and Simpson absent.
Meeting was held fon t he purpose of acting on the appraisers report
for the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers numbered 202 and 206.
The appraisers report for the construction of Lateral Sanitary Seger
Number 202 was taken up and read as follows:

We, J. Earl Wyatt, John Frederick and Wm. F. Grosser, Jr., being duly
and severally sworn according to law, each for himself, does hereby solemnly
swear that he is disinterested in any of the property liable to special
assessment for the cost of constructing Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 202, as
more particularly described and provided for in Ordinance Number 5087 of the
City of Salina, Kansas, and that each of us will to the best of our judgment and
ability make a true and impartial appraisement of all the lots and pieces of
ground abutting on such alley as above mentioned, without regard to the buildings
or improvements thereon, for the distance improved as set forth and designated by
the Board of Cormnissioners in the ordinance above mentioned. So help us God.

On motion of Commissioner Noyce the appraisers report for the
construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 202 was adopted as read. Motion
adopted.
The appraisers report for the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewer
Number 206 was taken up and read as follows:
